Guys thanks for the messages of support via the different routes over the last week.
I was allowed home on sunday then developed a problem called Compartment Syndrome which required me to rushed in and have an emergency operation on sunday to relieve this and take away some blood clots.
I will probably be in for another week but glad to see in my absense that they lads keep winning and cant await to see the boys playing when i Finally get released.

Hello, Jason. Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear that things haven't been as straightforward as they could have been necessitating a prolonged stay in Southend Hospital. By the way, one is "discharged" from hospital rather than "released" although perhaps you used the word advisedly given that I know nothing about Southend Hospital....

We look forward to seeing you at MP on the 10th, then for the Hampton and Richmond game!

Peter I was released from Southend ,but the problems intensified on my way home from southend and i ended up in Broomfield.
Going down tom for my 3rd and hopefully final op then a weeks recovery so hopefully see a game at the end of Jan.
Just waiting to get a decision on whether a skin graft is needed.
Hoping to make a full recovery which will enable me to still particpate in the game at some level.

Partly true Gary but easier then sending loads of texts for people asking how I am. Was good also though to recieve all the messages keeping me updated on the goal front.
Was a bit strange nearly chocking on some food when news came in off duncans late winner.Hopefully win the league cos the bookies money would certainly being bonus at the moment.
