			<description><![CDATA[ <em>Clearly, to me, the plan is for H &amp; Y to move back to Yeading&#39;s ground which will be redeveloped on the proceeds of the sale of the Church Road
Ground. The size of the site at Church Road is over 8 acres which given it&#39;s location would make it worth around £10 million with planning permission. Of
course the club don&#39;t have to wait until the ground is sold before they get their hands on the loot as they can borrow using the site as security.</em>

Apart from the obbsesive Dan on Rymans and CB..(who,even he, it seems has mellowed somewhat after his kind reception here)they have in the main been reasonable
